Before contacting us

Restart Telegram, reopen @delono_bot, and make sure you are using the same Telegram account that started the game or made the purchase.

What to include

Briefly describe the problem and the step where it occurred.

• game language and case name;
• approximate error time and device type;
• a screenshot with personal and payment data removed;
• for payments, the Stars amount and any available Telegram payment identifier.

Stars payment and access

If Stars were charged but access did not appear, do not buy the item again before support responds. We will check the payment confirmation and access state. We will not ask for bank-card details.

Requesting a refund

Send /paysupport and state the reason: duplicate charge, technical error, missing access, or another basis. An approved refund is made through Telegram’s Stars mechanism. Credit timing depends on Telegram and may be outside the Service’s control.

Fictional content

All game cases and characters are fictional. If you believe content coincidentally identifies a real person or infringes rights, point to the specific material in your support request.
