Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the DELO № landing page, Telegram bot, and interactive game (the “Service”). By using the Service, you accept these Terms. The operator’s legal name, address, and governing jurisdiction must be inserted before paid sales begin.
1. Fictional content
All cases, characters, messages, images, organizations, and events in the Service are fictional unless expressly stated otherwise. Any resemblance is coincidental. Materials imitate investigation records only as part of the game and do not report a real crime.
2. Access and account
The Service runs within Telegram. Telegram data needed to identify your game profile may be used for sign-in. You are responsible for your Telegram account security and must not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with it, or attempt to access locked materials.
3. Digital goods and Telegram Stars
Individual cases or other digital content may be sold for Telegram Stars (XTR). The price is shown before purchase confirmation. Telegram processes the payment; the Service operator does not receive your bank-card details. Access is granted after Telegram confirms a successful payment.
- Digital goods are delivered inside the Service and are not supplied on physical media.
- Stars are not a bank deposit or investment product.
- A payment identifier may be retained for support and refund processing.
4. Refunds
Once access to digital content has been provided, the purchase is generally considered fulfilled and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or in cases such as duplicate charges, technical error, or failure to deliver access. Requests are reviewed individually; approved refunds are made through the available Telegram mechanism in Stars, not cash.

5. Intellectual property
The Service and its original text, graphics, interface, music, code, and branding are protected. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased content for personal play. Publishing complete case files, resale, automated extraction, and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the Service, fix errors, temporarily restrict access for maintenance, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve purchased access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of Telegram or other third-party platforms. Material Terms changes will be posted here.
7. Liability and mandatory rights
The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the Service or failure of third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
